Job Description

Marketing and Account Manager – Global Mobile Advertising Company

Responsibility :

• Drive and lead the successful launch of operator opt-in programmes

• Work with technical teams to ensure successful delivery according to the technical specification document

• Help prepare the SLA and ensure that expectations which have been set are achieved on a monthly basis

• Manage the day to day relationships with the operator and associated suppliers successfully to help develop a trusting a respected relationship including

o Weekly client meetings

o Run quarterly reviews

o Identification and management of key stakeholders

• Ensure successful opt-in and retention levels

• Ensure test and rollout of campaigns

• Identify and negotiate with 3rd party partners where required for the success of the programme

• Provide a marketing roadmap to help the operator with planning of seasonal propositions

• Build internal operator advocacy of the

• Manage any commercial business models required to justify new concepts and grow the program

• Work on the evolution of the program to ensure retention of opted in customers

• Market analysis to help understand the competition

• To act as the client ambassador to internal teams

• To liaise with key stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are being achieved

• To co-ordinate communication between my client and their client to drive improvement, retain and grow the account

• To chair regular communications and face to face meetings with the client, on the progress of the projects and risk mitigation, as well as resolving conflicts

• To cost, recruit and manage a team as required for successful and profitable delivery of the programme

Requirements:

• Understanding of how CRM programs function

• Understanding of the agency model to aid revenue generation

• Business modeling eg Excel, powerPoint

• Strong marketing and loyalty experience

• Strong leadership skills to manage and develop the relationship at all levels e.g. CMO to marketing manager level

• Crisis management - able to deal with obstacles and challenges

• Strong numerate background to support the following areas: negotiation, business modeling, commercial discussions and presenting analysis/insights

• Strong communication skills – written, verbal and able to present solutions

• Product Management comprehension

• Self starter
